Experience coordinating schedules, materials, and vendor deliverables
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers, managing day-to-day communication and coordination
Coordinate material availability, delivery schedules, and on-site requirements with vendors and internal teams
Track vendor performance, resolve delivery issues, and address material shortages or discrepancies
Ensure materials are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with safety and operational standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor schedules with project and installation timelines
Oversee inventory levels related to vendor-managed materials and support inventory audits as needed
Maintain accurate documentation related to vendor agreements, deliveries, and material flow
