BAR BACK (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Summary
Location: Kennedy Center – 2700 F Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20566.
Schedule: Full‑time and part‑time shifts. Hours and days may vary. Additional details will be discussed during the interview.
Requirement: No experience required.
Fixed Pay Rate: $22.96 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Retrieve all needed food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the bar area.
Retrieve all needed beverage items and garnishes from storage areas and deliver them to the bar area.
Set up bottles on the bar with top‑shelf liquor on the back shelf.
Ensure beer taps are working properly.
Place appropriate bar snacks on the counter; keep snacks and napkins stocked throughout the shift.
Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
Buss tables in the bar area.
Help keep the bar or lounge areas clean and tidy; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweep and mop service areas, including floor mats.
Ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
Perform other duties as assigned.
