Monday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am
Saturday - Sunday 10:00pm - 6:00am
Pay, Benefits and Perks of Registered Nurse (RN)
10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates
Competitive pay based on experience
Shift differential pay (at participating locations)
Paid time off (PTO+) added after 30 days; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only)
Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only)
6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full‑time employees
Up to $5,000 per year for tuition/education reimbursement for approved program of study
Take home up to 75% of net earned wages at the end of every shift
401(k) retirement plan with company‑matched contributions after 1 year of employment
Medical (TeleDoc included), dental, vision, life, and other voluntary insurances for full‑time employees

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN)
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs
Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
Assign nursing care to team members according to resident needs and person’s qualifications
Administer medications
Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
Document treatments as required
Ensure supplies used economically and equipment clean and maintained safely
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN)
Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing
One year of nursing experience preferred
Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma required
Valid CPR certification
Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
Work cooperatively as a member of a team
Communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
React decisively and quickly in emergency situations
Maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
