Registered Nurse (RN) - $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Location:
Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation (Arbor Hills partners with a network across 3 states).
Hours:
Days: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Pay, Benefits and Perks
Competitive pay based on experience
$10,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates
Paid Time Off (PTO+) added after 30 days; accrue more PTO as you work (full‑time only)
Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full‑time only)
6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday (full‑time only)
Up to $5,000 per calendar year for tuition reimbursement for approved study programs
Take home up to 75 % of your net earned wages at the end of each shift
401(k) retirement plan with company‑matched contributions after one year of employment
Medical (including Teledoc), dental, vision, life and other voluntary insurance for full‑time employees
Monthly employee appreciation events and contests
Essential Functions
Assist in all aspects of nursing with motivation and competence
Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
Assess and document residents’ conditions and nursing needs
Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
Assign nursing care to team members based on residents’ needs and staff capabilities
Administer medications
Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
Document treatments as required
Use supplies economically and maintain clean, safe equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
One year of nursing experience preferred
Valid RN license
Valid CPR certification
Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
Cooperate as a member of a team
Communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
React decisively and quickly in emergencies
Maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
