Key Responsibilities
Month-to-month & year-to-year expense analysis, including GL reclasses and accruals
Prepare and post monthly journal entries
Monthly gross profit reconciliation across financial and billing systems
Compile and distribute monthly financial statements & reports
Budget vs. actual expense analysis
Monthly GL account reconciliations, identifying errors and discrepancies
Work with key suppliers on aging, bank reconciliations & forecasting
Prepare and file monthly tax reports
Support annual budget forecasting
Petty cash reconciliation
Process incentives, commissions & spoils reconciliation
Backup payroll processing & preparation of various payroll reports
Coordinate corporate license renewals
Assist with quarterly and year-end reporting
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of GAAP, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll concepts
3+ years General Ledger reconciliation experience
Intermediate Excel proficiency required (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP & pivot tables)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience
Strong data entry
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation abilities
