We are seeking an experienced Lead Advisor to join our dedicated client team. This role is ideal for a seasoned financial professional who excels at managing client relationships, leading meetings, and driving comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies. Compensation

Level 1: $70K base | Up to $125K total comp Level 2: $80K base | Up to $144K total comp Responsibilities

Work as part of a dedicated client team, managing ongoing client relationships and assisting clients with a wide variety of financial matters Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Senior Advisors, facilitating requests and coordinating activities Act as a subject matter expert and driver of company processes, anticipating outcomes and providing strategic recommendations Manage external communications with CPAs, accountants, and estate attorneys to coordinate tax and estate-related information Provide technical and operational support to Senior Advisors Deliver eMoney training and guidance to Associate Advisors Participate in and lead client meetings as a secondary advisor for Private & A-level clients Review meeting materials with Associate Advisors prior to client meetings Take detailed meeting notes and complete dictations as secondary advisor Conduct client meetings independently as a primary advisor Participate in investment committee meetings Assist with portfolio management, including monitoring cash positions, rebalancing portfolios, and executing trades in collaboration with the Investment Analyst Demonstrate a strong understanding of the firm’s investment platform, asset allocation philosophy, and applicable industry rules and regulations Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans to clients Develop tailored client recommendations aligned with financial goals Qualifications
