What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
Define requirements and redesign business processes, workflows, and data standards
Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
Support the configuration of the agency management system and create client deliverables
Lead training efforts for cross-functional teams on new processes and workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to refine efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows and procedures
Team player with the ability to engage with a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and make business process improvement recommendations
Demonstrated commitment to achieving sustainable results
