Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Clinic-Based | Weekdays Only

Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in our Virginia Beach clinic. This role is ideal for experienced, compassionate RBTs who want consistent weekday hours, strong BCBA support, and a collaborative, team-focused environment.
What You Will Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Support communication, social, and daily living skills
Collect accurate session data and documentation
Maintain a positive and supportive therapy environment
Collaborate with the clinical team and families
Compensation:
$22–$27 per hour, based on experience and role

Requirements Required:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children preferred
Strong professionalism and reliability
Compassionate, team-oriented approach
Availability to work weekdays in Virginia Beach, VA
Ability to pass background screening
Preferred:
ABA or pediatric clinical experience
