Overview
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, they provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales.
Responsibilities
Open and close store routines.
Provide product knowledge and brand awareness.
Apply business understanding and proactive thinking.
Maintain attention to detail and register/point of sales use.
Protect assets and create visual displays.
Use system skills and manage work schedule.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
No supervisory/managerial experience required.
Customer focus, excellent communication, interpersonal interaction.
Knowledge of fashion trends, outgoing, assertiveness.
Adaptability, flexibility, stress tolerance, poise and ambition.
Multi‑tasking, applied learning, work ethic, omni‑channel services.
