Executive Assistant – C‑Suite / Top‑Producing Partner We are conducting a confidential search for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a top-producing, high-profile partner in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive and support cross‑functional teams.
Manage complex calendars and proactively prioritize executive time to maximize impact.
Organize and coordinate schedules for conferences, client meetings, and internal events—ensuring executive and team time is fully leveraged.
Communicate professionally with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Collaborate effectively across departments, including Business Development and other practice areas.
Provide board support and assist with special projects as needed.
Minimize mistakes, proactively communicate issues, and learn quickly from feedback.
Qualifications / Experience
5–7+ years of experience supporting C‑Suite executives; career EA preferred.
Professional services, law firm, corporate, or similar experience preferred; legal experience a plus.
Experience in a matrix‑style or high‑complexity environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities without errors.
Experience supporting business development activities and high‑profile client interactions a plus.
Tenure is a priority: candidates without long‑term experience in previous roles will not be considered.
