About the Role

Spectrotel is seeking an industrious and detail-oriented

Jr. Product Manager

to help drive the growth and success of our

voice

and cloud communications

,

wireless connectivity

, and

mobility solutions . In this role, you’ll work closely with a Product Director and cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle — from concept and launch to optimization and end-of-life. You’ll help shape product strategy, maintain portfolio accuracy, and ensure our offerings remain competitive in a fast-changing telecommunications landscape. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional eager to grow into a full Product Manager role while making a direct impact on product quality, efficiency, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Support the Product Director in managing the

product roadmap , releases, and cross-departmental project execution. Maintain

product data accuracy

across quoting, billing, and inventory systems; ensure pricing and feature sets remain current and competitive. Conduct

market research

and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to define

technical specifications , integration requirements, and deployment readiness. Manage

vendor and ecosystem relationships , including OEMs, carriers, and platform providers, to coordinate solution delivery. Assist in the development of

product positioning, collateral, and go-to-market messaging

with Marketing and Sales teams. Support

product lifecycle management

by tracking performance metrics, managing EOL transitions, and recommending product enhancements. Serve as a

subject matter expert (SME)

to internal teams on assigned products and related technologies. Qualifications

2+ years

of experience in

product management , operations, or a related B2B technology or

telecom environment is highly desirable . Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to

manage multiple projects

in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with

O365 tools , especially

Excel ; familiarity with project management tools preferred. Solid understanding of

financial and business analysis

fundamentals. Strong written and verbal

communication skills

and attention to detail. Technical aptitude to quickly understand network, wireless, or cloud product architectures. Demonstrated initiative and ability to

work independently and cross-functionally . Project Management or Agile experience a plus. About Spectrotel
