Position Summary This position is responsible for scheduling and patient intake for areas related to the dental procedure appointments in the COD clinics for pre‑doctoral students, undergraduate hygiene students, post‑doctoral residents, and staff hygienists.
Compensation $14.808 - $20.721 per hour
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required Education:
High School education or equivalent
Required Experience:
2 years of general office or customer service experience
Required Computer Applications:
Microsoft Outlook
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrate professionalism and easily understandable phone voice.
Strong customer and interpersonal service skills.
Demonstrate organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Ability to multi‑task while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Education:
None
Preferred Experience:
General office experience dealing with the public in a medical or dental office setting.
Preferred Computer Applications:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Preferred Software:
Dental Software – Eaglesoft or Salud
Preferred Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bilingual, Spanish as first/second language.
