In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers navigate the booking process, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience during their travels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding car rental bookings, services, and inquiries.
Respond to customer questions professionally and efficiently, providing accurate information about car rental options and policies.
Effectively handle customer complaints and issues, striving to resolve them to ensure high satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system to contribute to continuous improvement of our service delivery.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
Stay informed about the latest offers, promotions, and industry trends related to car rentals to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in the travel or car rental industry, is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
