Job Overview Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 medical support for a medically fragile student. This onsite backfill role involves advanced nursing care throughout the school day, including transportation support.

Job Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student

Manage oxygen, ostomy, and G-tube care with suctioning

Safely operate and assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift

Ride the school bus with the student to and from school

Monitor student health and respond to medical needs

Maintain accurate documentation and care logs

Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers

Qualifications

Active RN license required

Experience with complex medical care (G-tube, ostomy, suctioning) preferred

Ability to safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work onsite full-time
