Domino’s Pizza in Effingham, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.

Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications

Process cash and credit card transactions

Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed

Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude

Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a customer-focused mindset

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
