We’re excited to welcome a Customer Service Representative to our team in Champaign, United States! Join our dynamic crew at 1803 W KIRBY AVE, where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders both in-person and over the phone
Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Prepare and assemble food items, including crafting delicious pizzas
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout your shift
Contribute to a positive, energetic work atmosphere
Adhere to food safety standards and company policies
Adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Positive attitude with an easy smile
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a collaborative spirit
Keen attention to detail in food preparation and customer orders
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
Food service industry knowledge is a plus
