Job Summary
The
Multi-Line Claim Consultant – Auto Property Damage
is responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of auto property damage claims for a
single dedicated client account .
This role is ideal for an experienced Florida-licensed adjuster who values consistency, quality claim handling, and a predictable schedule while still applying strong technical expertise and independent judgment.
You’ll join a collaborative team of six, managing claims from start to finish in accordance with CCMSI Best Claims Practices, client‑specific handling instructions, and applicable state laws.

full-cycle (cradle-to-grave) claims adjusting position , not an HR or consulting role. Adjusters in this role are responsible for the complete lifecycle of auto property damage claims—from investigation through settlement and closure—while maintaining compliance with state laws, client instructions, and CCMSI standards.

Investigate, evaluate, and adjust
auto property damage claims
from initial intake through resolution
Establish and manage reserves within assigned authority
Review, approve, and negotiate damage estimates, vendor invoices, and related claim expenses
Authorize and issue claim payments accurately and timely using CCMSI claim systems
Negotiate settlements in compliance with corporate standards, client instructions, and state regulations
Coordinate and oversee outside vendors as needed (e.g., appraisers, repair facilities)
Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities when applicable
Maintain accurate, timely, and well‑documented claim files and diaries
Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, vendors, and internal partners
Prepare claim status reports and documentation as requested
Ensure compliance with CCMSI Best Claims Practices and audit standards
Qualifications Required
Active
Florida Adjuster License
Proven experience handling
auto property damage claims
Strong knowledge of claim investigation, reserving, negotiation, and settlement practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently
Reliable, predictable attendance during designated client service hours
Qualifications – Nice to Have
Experience handling auto property damage claims on a
dedicated account
Prior experience working in a TPA environment
Advanced negotiation or complex damage evaluation experience
Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
— highly valued for communicating with claimants, employers, or vendors, but not required.

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good‑faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
CCMSI offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Paid time off accrues throughout the year in accordance with company policy, with paid holidays and eligibility for retirement programs in accordance with plan documents.
