Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out with ease and professionalism
Assist guests with questions, recommendations, and local insights
Share the South Beach lifestyle—beaches, dining, culture, and experiences
Handle reservations, payments, and guest information accurately
Address guest needs and resolve issues with care and discretion,
Predict guest needs and wants and be empowered to go above and beyond to make their experience unique and special.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Who You Are
Friendly, confident, and guest-focused
Well-presented and professional—you enjoy dressing well and representing a beautiful property
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Fluent in English and Spanish
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
