Description Overview We're looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional to join our IT support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for internal users, providing timely assistance and ensuring a smooth end-user experience. POSITION: DESKTOP SUPPORT
LOCATION: FORT WORTH, TX
DURATION: 6 MONTH CONTRACT TO PERMANENT
RATE: $25 - $30/HOUR
Key Responsibilities- Configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops for end users.
- Manage IT asset inventory, including computers and peripherals.
- Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support for internal users.
- Assist with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and VPN access issues.
- Create and manage Active Directory accounts, including new user setup.
- Handle password resets and access requests in compliance with security policies.
- Document issues and resolutions, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with users to ensure a positive support experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (top priority).
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Experience with desktop/laptop imaging, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, MFA, and VPN support.
- Basic understanding of IT asset management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Network knowledge is a plus but not required.
