We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial operations and data management. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices.

• Handle accounts receivable tasks such as tracking payments and reconciling outstanding balances.

• Perform accurate and timely data entry to ensure financial records are up-to-date.

• Process invoices and resolve any discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all financial transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to support various accounting operations.

• Utilize Dynamics Navision software for financial data management and reporting.

• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist with audits as needed.

• Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and resolving discrepancies.
• Experience using Dynamics Navision or similar accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
