What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop project scope and pricing while prioritizing business needs
Ensure projects are completed on budget and schedule, incorporating best practices in Behavioral Health and Acute care
Lead project teams through local, state, and federal building restrictions and code compliance
Innovate methods to improve project execution efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare construction management
Strong construction implementation experience and knowledge of codes and permits
Proven negotiating skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with HCAi/OSHPD and CDPH regulatory processes
Willingness to travel 25-50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience leading large-scale healthcare construction projects
Knowledge of the latest trends in healthcare facility design and construction
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Strong analytical skills for budgeting and scheduling
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with various stakeholders
