What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop project scope and pricing while addressing priority business needs
Ensure projects are completed on budget and within schedule, incorporating best practices in Behavioral Health and Acute care
Lead project teams through the RFP process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Innovate and implement new methods to enhance project execution and efficiency
Maintain vendor relationships and manage project contracts to uphold ethical standards and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare construction management
Strong construction implementation experience and knowledge of building codes and permits
Proven interpersonal skills for leading vendors and making solid business decisions
Experience with HCAi/OSHPD and CDPH regulatory processes
Ability to travel 25-50% as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Some experience in development and project management in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and compliance in construction projects
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
