What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with RVP, C-suite, RFM/DPO, FF&E, and IT to develop project scope and pricing while prioritizing business needs
Ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of projects, incorporating best practices in Behavioral Health and Acute care
Lead project teams through the competitive RFP process while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Innovate new methods to enhance project execution efficiency and challenge existing assumptions
Maintain vendor relationships and collect historical data for future project predictions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare construction management
Strong construction implementation experience and knowledge of codes and permits
Proven interpersonal skills to lead vendors and make solid business decisions
Experience with HCAi/OSHPD and CDPH regulatory processes
Willingness to travel 25-50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Development experience with a track record of managing projects as a facility representative
Strong negotiating skills with vendors to ensure fair agreements
Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and logistics in healthcare construction
