Under the supervision of the Chief Health Programs Officer, the Regional Director is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all programs and services within the Williamson and Burnet County clinics. This position leads a dedicated professional team to ensure efficient clinic management, continuous quality patient care, fiscal stability, and the enhancement of the center’s services while achieving organizational goals consistent with the organization’s stated mission. The Regional Director also manages and recruits a professional leadership and direct care team that values integrated person‑centered care. Supervise staff including Office Manager, Outpatient Clinic Managers, Clinical Service Managers, Medication providers, and Medical Support Staff. Provide regular clinic and staff supervision to ensure appropriate services are provided. Manage clinic schedules to ensure appropriate scheduling and accurate, timely data entry. Oversee operational aspects of the Burnet and Williamson County Clinic outpatient programs and budgets. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses to maintain a balanced budget. Support, manage, and improve direct client contact by staff, organizational metrics, and standards. Engage with an interdisciplinary team, provide presentations on services offered, and act as a liaison with community partners. Maintain positive community relationships with local stakeholders. Achieve all performance contract metrics related to integrated and behavioral health services, including monitoring reports, implementing plans of improvement, informing policy, and developing new assessments. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct care of persons with a serious mental illness, developmental disability and/or substance use disorder. Minimum of 4+ years of supervisory and/or program management experience. Master’s degree in a Human Services Field, Healthcare Administration, or Business. Fully granted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining community partner relationships. Must have a Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driving status throughout employment. Qualifications – Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish or ASL. 6+ years of supervisory and/or program management experience. Experience supervising an integrated leadership team. Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of process improvement. Benefits
