Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries about online banking products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring an exceptional banking experience
Document customer interactions and track all inquiries in our CRM system
Work alongside other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay abreast of online banking trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in online banking or finance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience
Capability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with banking products, services, and CRM software is preferred
Proficient in using computer applications and digital communication tools
