Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to tech products, services, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Italian.

Assist customers with account management, product setup, and technical issues.

Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and available support services.

Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.

Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues and enhance customer service.

Stay updated on the latest tech trends and company offerings to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the technology sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.

Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
