Pay Range Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $64,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

Driving excellence in customer service.

Maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications.

Supervising food handling procedures and operational processes.

Exercising financial control to meet the restaurant profit margin targets.

Selecting, training, developing and motivating employees.

Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality: maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and consistent product quality.

Drive a customer‑focused culture by resolving customer issues and training staff.

Track, analyze and resolve customer complaints.

Ensure food safety standards are met.

Develop and drive the restaurant annual operating plan.

Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables; take corrective action.

Train and mentor subordinates on financial analyses and profitability.

Develop store CAPEX requests and interface with vendors.

Maintain facilities and equipment to company standards.

Monitor inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment daily.

Establish restaurant speed with service (SWS) targets and resolve bottlenecks.

Oversee weekly management and crew schedules.

Direct restaurant‑level HR activities: hiring, performance management, and learning‑zone planning.

Manage employee relations, including terminations as needed.

Provide hands‑on training for managers and assistant general managers.

Develop and monitor staffing plans; source crew.

Ensure fair and equitable workplace treatment and compliance with regulations.

Achievement of restaurant annual operating plan; margin improvement and sales growth.

Weekly/per‑period performance metrics (sales, labor, ICOS, controllables); PRC and OSAT scores.

Learning‑zone certification levels, crew turnover and staffing levels.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Supervisory experience in food service or retail.

Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.

Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Strong customer service focus, high standards of product quality and speed.

Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to lead by example.

Business savvy: analyze financial data, identify trends and implement solutions.

Team development: identify staff needs, provide coaching and resources.

Technical proficiency in food preparation, safety procedures and equipment troubleshooting.

Working Conditions Work Hours: 10 hours per day, 5 days per week; 95% inside, 5% outside. Ambient temperatures near ovens and stoves; noise level normal.
