Pay Range
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Drive excellence in customer service
Maintain company standards in product and facility specifications
Supervise food handling procedures and operational processes
Exercise financial control to meet restaurant profit margin targets
Select, train, develop and motivate employees
Serve as a role model in training, conducting customer service, and providing a positive guest experience
Track, analyze and resolve sources of customer complaints
Ensure that food safety standards are consistently met
Develop and drive the annual operating plan and achieve sales growth targets
Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables and take corrective action to meet financial objectives
Develop store CAPEX requests and interface with vendors
Maintain facilities and equipment to company standards
Monitor inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment daily
Set service speed targets, monitor performance and resolve bottlenecks
Oversee creation and revision of weekly management and crew schedules
Direct all restaurant‑level HR activity including crew hiring, performance management and termination up to and including employment relations issues
Manage the work environment on all shifts to ensure fair and equitable employee treatment
Develop, monitor and circulate employee staffing plans
Uphold commitment to legal compliance with all company, state and federal workplace regulations
Report achievements of operating plan, margin improvement, PRC results, OSAT scores, and learning zone certification levels
Qualifications
Deliver excellence in customer service and maintain product quality and speed
Demonstrate strong eye for detail, cleanliness and a positive appearance
Communicate effectively with customers, staff and management
Provide hands‑on training and coaching, using performance feedback and business tools
Apply a business mindset, identifying problems quickly, developing and implementing solutions, and monitoring outcomes
Transfer knowledge to crew via demonstrative procedures and coaching
Be technically proficient in all food preparation, production and delivery processes, and food safety procedures
Hold a high school diploma or GED
Have supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
Show ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees
Prove ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
Working Conditions
Work Hours: 10 hours per day
Days per Week: 5 days per week
Inside/Outside: 95% inside, 5% outside
Extreme Temperatures: Ambient, near ovens and stoves
Noise Level: Normal
