What You’ll Do
Partner with the Director of Nursing to lead and support the nursing team in daily clinical operations.
Guide, mentor, and empower nurses and CNAs to deliver exceptional resident care.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations — and champion best practices in documentation, infection control, and resident safety.
Participate in care planning, QA meetings, and staff development initiatives.
Step in as acting DON when needed — gaining valuable leadership experience in a supportive environment.
What You Bring
Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing.

Strong communication, organization, and teaching skills.
