What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain and organize sales content in enablement platforms, ensuring materials are up to date and accessible
Assist in the execution of new hire onboarding programs and coordinate ongoing training sessions
Serve as the first point of contact for sales representatives needing assistance with enablement tools and resources
Track and report on enablement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Manage scheduling and logistics for enablement programs, webinars, and training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, and/or training & development
Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Showpad) and CRM systems like Salesforce
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating training content
Analytical mindset with experience tracking enablement KPIs and reporting on program effectiveness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales environments
Familiarity with Command of the Message and/or MEDDPICC methodologies
