Perform daily tax-related operations including tax filing, account setup, and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for federal and state tax agencies, ensuring effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in supervising operations in a payroll or similar environment
Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working remotely
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Passion for building new business lines and driving growth
