Responsibilities
Manage 5 or more high-volume full-service and/or polished fast casual restaurants
3-5+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership is required
Strong financial business acumen, including P&L ownership, inventory analysis, and cost management
Proven track record of team development, including effective succession planning, internal promotions, training, hiring, and recruiting
Model authentic, warm guest experience and instill great service in the team
Drive expert operational practices, standards, and efficiencies
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership (required)
Experience managing 5+ high-volume full-service and/or polished fast casual restaurants (required)
Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership, inventory analysis, and cost management
Proven ability to develop and promote talent, including training, hiring, and succession planning
Demonstrated ability to deliver authentic guest experiences and lead a service-driven culture
