What you’ll do
Lead the residential care team and set the tone of a supportive, fun, and uplifting environment.
Plan engaging activities that meet the individual needs of each young person.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding policy, health and safety, and statutory requirements.
Support staff development and maintain high standards of care and education.
Manage daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
What we’re looking for
Wide experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting.
Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or willingness to obtain it.
A focus on children and young people, placing them at the centre of all that you do.
Full driving licence.
