What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage the entire post‑sales relationship for a designated list of Strategic Customer Accounts

Optimize outcomes of contract renewals and expand revenue through core platform expansions

Build and maintain relationships with existing Strategic Accounts to drive maximum value creation

Collaborate with various internal teams to meet complex client needs and requirements

Track all activities and forecast business in Salesforce for sales leadership

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in building and maintaining executive relationships and negotiating complex contracts

Proven success in a B2B SaaS sales environment with a strong track record of performance

Exceptional executive presence and ability to inspire action with diverse audiences

Strong relationship‑building and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel 15% – 20% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and whitespace analysis
