If you are an HR professional, looking for your next stellar opportunity going into 2026, I want to meet you! LHH Recruitment is working with a company near Glendale who is in search of an HR Specialist to join their Human Resources department. This role is fully onsite, paying up to $26/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow.
