Job Description As the Founding Launch Lead you will build category‑defining traction by driving candidate growth and onboarding flagship B2B customers. This high‑agency role involves generating demand through community events, closing early deals, and architecting the scalable GTM playbook for future markets.
What you will do
Execute a dual‑sided GTM strategy to build a candidate base of thousands and sign hundreds of companies.
Host high‑signal events and exclusive founder dinners to infiltrate and lead the San Francisco tech ecosystem.
Provide white‑glove onboarding for early customers, acting as the primary point of contact for feedback and success.
The ideal candidate
Proven experience as a former founder, early GTM leader, or deeply networked VC/talent professional in the Bay Area.
A high‑agency commercial hustler who excels in ambiguous 0‑to‑1 environments without needing predefined structure.
Exceptional communicator with a history of high achievement and a deep existing network within the SF startup community.
