Minnesota Specialty Health System (MSHS) in Wadena is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join a team that is dedicated to providing high quality care. As an Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facility, MSHS focuses on rehabilitative education, building interpersonal skills, and developing community engagement skills to increase each client's independence and self-management of their illness, behavior, and emotion.

This position exists to provide professional nursing services, lead worker, and practitioner responsibilities to the MSHS program assigned. Works with other members of the treatment team to assist individual client's in obtaining and maintaining their optimum quality of life. Provides clinical nursing oversight to staff, monitoring, education, coaching and instruction to clients as needed, with the primary focus of medication management oversight.

Minimum Qualifications

Meet the requirements for a Mental Health Practitioner as defined in MN Statute 245I.04, subdivision 4 ( ; AND

Current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IRTS licensing as well as Supervised Living Facilities
