Job Description The Project Manager's responsibilities include:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and proactively address potential issues or delays.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and implement best practices.
