Job Description
Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish in the Miami area.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Address and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Lead and mentor team members to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
