We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing maintenance personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Supervise and develop maintenance supervisors, technicians, and support staff Ensure equipment uptime and reliability to support production schedules Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and maintenance schedules Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external contractors Support equipment installation, launches, and capital improvement projects Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs What we offer

5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Proven experience leading and developing maintenance teams Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to support off-shift or weekend maintenance activities as needed Preferred
Automotive manufacturing experience (assembly, welding, metal fabrication) Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or TPM principles OSHA or safety-related certifications
