Position Summary This Curriculum Office (CO) position provides support for clinical education in the Clerkship and Enrichment curriculum at the AU/UGA Medical Partnership and UGA School of Medicine. As part of the CO team, the Clinical Site & Faculty Relations Coordinator will work with the Assistant Dean for Clinical Curriculum to ensure that Clerkship Directors and Community Faculty Preceptors are up to date with required MP/SOM educational programming and will participate in the planning, preparation, and implementation of programs related to Clerkship Director and Community Faculty Preceptor development.

Responsibilities include maintaining community faculty rosters and site agreements; collating and distributing instructional materials; staging and promoting outreach events; and coordinating quality service for new initiatives. The coordinator will also handle confidential data related to precepting faculty evaluations and site contracts, maintain strict confidentiality, and interface with other CO staff and Curriculum leadership to cultivate relationships with students, faculty, and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an educational environment.

Proficiency in using Office and curriculum management software.

Bachelor's Degree.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Excellent computer skills for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and other needed software.

Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact cooperatively with administration, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to strategize.

Excellent organization and prioritization to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Attention to detail and flexibility with job assignments.

Ability to apply technology to work processes.

Capacity to adapt quickly to last‑minute changes.

Physical Demands Standard office environment with the majority of work at a desk/computer.

Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for incoming requests from community faculty preceptors, clerkship directors, and other MP/SOM programs for outreach and training.

Maintain and manage the community faculty preceptor portal, listserv, and roster.

Initiate, track, and maintain clinical site agreements between MP/SOM and affiliated training sites, including paperwork, status monitoring, and renewal follow‑up.

Maintain accurate site contract lists and agreements, and provide quality service to CO clerkship coordinators for student training.

Identify faculty training venues and assist with organization of materials and resources for successful events.

Promote community faculty preceptor outreach and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Assist in resolving preceptor issues related to academics, policies, procedures, and student stipends/housing.

Manage incoming and outgoing CO phone enquiries, email and video communication, and interoffice meeting scheduling.

Arrange travel, maintain filing systems, prepare correspondence, reports, posters, and CO documents.

Coordinate logistics for speakers, provide refreshments, invitations, and related services.

Ensure office operations and educational programs comply with ACCME, ACGME, LCME, and CME standards.

Provide support and coordination for other CO activities as required.

Other Information Employment Type: Employee; Benefits Eligibility: Full/Part Time Full Time; Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility may be needed). Salary: Commensurate with experience. Posting Date: 10/31/2025. Closing Date: Provisional. Starting Date: 01/01/2026.
