Warehouse JIT & Outbound Logistics Process Associate - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract
Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Logistics Process Associate to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and optimize material kitting workflows to ensure accurate, efficient transfer of materials from the central warehouse to manufacturing nodes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align kitting and transfer processes with manufacturing schedules and requirements while accounting for storage space within the manufacturing nodes JIT warehouses.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for kitting and transfer activities.
Support Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities for new or modified warehouse processes, equipment, and systems.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in GMP‑regulated environments, warehouse kitting, material transfer, and outbound logistics.
Familiarity with CQV processes and documentation.
Proficiency in SAP/EWM and familiarity with MES systems.
Extensive experience in supervising or designing logistics operations, specifically the flow of materials through multiple process steps.
