Restaurant General Manager Benefits & Compensation
Competitive base salary ($71,000–$92,000), based on experience
Bonus program and clear path for growth and development

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
Demonstrated team leadership and coaching ability
Proven organizational skills with a results-driven outlook
Experience managing a large team and overseeing key daily operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Hands‑on kitchen experience, including ordering and inventory management
Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Upbeat, positive personality with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly independent, knowledgeable in P&L management, and able to drive accountability
