We are excited to have you join our team of highlyskilled therapeutic team with diverse specialties.
At Spring Hill Physical Therapy, we care about helping people recover from injuries, be stronger, and create optimal health and wellbeing.
We educate patients and clients to understand how they can improve their lives, live independently, regain flexibility, and create a balanced lifestyle.
Our clinic has been a leader in revolutionizing and redefining the outpatient care experience for over 30 years. We prioritize one-on-one patient care, provide a diverse diagnosis caseload, and offer the opportunity for career growth with great benefits for our staff.
We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (32-40 hours/week; part-time is also an option for the right candidate).
We look forward to interviewing all qualified, licensed physical therapists (new grads are welcome), and we are especially interested in a PT with neuro rehab and/or pelvic health experience/interest, or vestibular rehab.
We are committed to make room for work-life balance, which is why we think there is always a way to make a position work for the right candidate.
Our practice aims to be different than the norm for outpatient practices. We know many therapists are tired of seeing an overcrowded schedule with little time to invest in helping their patients, so we commit to manageable caseloads and quality one-on-one patient time in a private room as well as having two communal exercises spaces.
It is about what’s best for the patient and you as their caregiver.
We want to see our staff grow into excellent professionals by supporting their treatment specialty of choice including board certified specialties. We take extra time for mentoring, in-services, and offer access to Fyzical College national education division, teaching therapists advanced techniques in Vestibular therapy and Balance training, Manual Orthopedic therapy, Pelvic Health, and more.
Our clinic provides the following:
1:1 patient care with private treatment rooms
Large, gym space with Pilates equipment
Additional balance studio space with overhead harness on track system
Positive environment for the patient and the therapist
Collaborative team spirit that is supportive of growth
In-office in-services, mentoring, and continuing education
Paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for FT employees
Retirement SIMPLE IRA opt-in program, employer match up to 2% salary
Paid time off, select paid holidays
Continuing education reimbursement allowance, unlimited access to Fyzical's online education
database with specialist certification tracks (orthopedics, pelvic health, balance and vestibular rehab)
Orthopedics
Balance Training
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Manual Techniques and Complete Pilates Joint & Spine Rehabilitation Program
Pelvic Floor Health
Craniosacral & Myofascial Release
Pain & Stress Management
We believe in looking at the whole person and elevating their health, wellness, and resilience by also offering
additional services like group classes in Pilates and Yoga, Fall Prevention, CranioSacral Therapy, Trauma Resolution Therapy, Massage, and Wellness Workshops.
The Nevada County area is a wonderful place to live. It's a beautiful pocket of northern California that offers the feel of small town life (without being too small), with easy access to the mountains and bigger cities alike. Grass Valley and neighboring Nevada City are located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California, about halfway in between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe (~ an hour drive to each). These dynamic communities feature a thriving art and music scene, an active culture with lakes, the Yuba River, outdoor sports, near Lake Tahoe and winter sport resorts, farmers' markets and festivals, and offers a strong sense of community.
