We’re seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 3 to 8 years of hands‑on litigation experience to support a high‑impact civil trial practice. This role offers rich exposure to personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic‑case litigation, with ample room for trial involvement, mentorship, and professional growth.

Job Details
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the State Bar of Texas.
3–8 years of litigation experience—preferably in personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, or similar civil trial matters.
Proven record of conducting effective depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
Well‑developed legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple case files efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and team‑oriented mindset.
Bonus: board certification in Personal Injury Trial Law or Civil Trial Law, or working toward certification.
Salary Base pay range: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year.
Location Fully remote, Texas.
