Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
Responsibilities
Manage the project timeline.
Coordinate with team members and subcontractors.
Oversee logistics.
Conduct inspections.
Address challenges as they arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Project Management and experience leading projects from initiation to completion.
Strong skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of materials and project milestones.
Experience in performing Inspections and identifying quality control measures during project execution.
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
Experience in the commercial roofing industry is preferred.
