Base pay range $35.00/hr - $48.00/hr
Our client, a global fintech company, is seeking a People Operations Consultant to join their team on a 3-6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing, global organization during a time of transition and provide hands‑on People Operations coverage across the U.S. and U.K. This role will partner closely with the Head of Total Rewards & People Operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and vendors. 4+ years of People Operations or HR experience, ideally within technology, financial services, or other professional services environments.
Hands‑on experience with benefits administration, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and a client‑service mindset.
The pay for this role is $35-48/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
