Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an HR Analyst to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing Human Resources team and gain broad exposure across HR operations, recruiting, employee experience, performance management, and HR data analytics. 1+ years of HR experience in financial services or other corporate/professional services environments, required.
Strong Excel abilities (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and the ability to create and summarize information in PowerPoint, preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with client service orientation and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
