Beacon Hill, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their Human Resources team. The role will administer employee benefit programs, manage leave processes, support Workday benefits operations, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.
Base pay range $70,000 – $90,000 per year

Qualifications
3+ years of HR experience focused on benefits administration.
Experience with Workday or ADP.
Strong analytical, research, and auditing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication, customer service, and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary $70,000 – $90,000 per year.
Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and federal/state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations.
