Payroll & HR Manager
Our client in the hospitality sector is seeking a Payroll & HR Manager to join their team in Manhattan. This role supports payroll and HR operations for a hotel property and works closely with Finance and HR teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Compensation up to $100,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
Process bi‑weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using UKG, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable wage, overtime, and benefits requirements.
Support payroll reporting and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
Assist with HR administrative functions such as onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting benefits administration.
Maintain strong internal controls.
Qualifications
3+ years of payroll experience.
Hospitality and union payroll exposure is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Employment type Full‑time, on‑site, Manhattan.
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level.
